Presidential Candidates

Brown, Clinton, Harkin and Tsongas, take note! Is it going to happen again? Are our Democratic candidates going to self-destruct on the altar of self-interest by sniping at each other? I’ve watched our Democratic candidates these last few months with a great deal of pride and hope. Now I am sick at heart.

We desperately need a Democrat in the White House. You each represent, in some measure, what the party stands for. Don’t, once again, fall into the Republican trap. Let Bush and Buchanan have at each other. Let us unite in a common purpose, as Democrats, to give our country back to the people. The reign of the “special interest” party must come to an end!
