SOUTHERN SECTION GIRLS’ BASKETBALL : Six of 10 Teams From the County to Play Host to Semifinal Games

Six of the 10 Orange County teams in the Southern Section girls’ basketball playoffs will play host on alternate sites in the semifinals Tuesday and Wednesday.

All games begin at 7:30 p.m. unless noted. Here’s the schedule:

Tuesday’s games:

Division I-A--Marina (24-4) vs. Thousand Oaks (26-1), site TBA.

Division II-AA--Woodbridge (20-7) vs. Cerritos Gahr (23-4) at Cerritos High; Ventura (21-3) vs. Tustin (20-7) at Ocean View High, 6 p.m.

Division III--AA--Newport Harbor (17-8) vs. Brea-Olinda (26-2) at Sonora High.

Division III-A--Rancho Alamitos (19-2) vs. Costa Mesa (21-6) at Newport Harbor High.

Wednesday’s games:

Division I-AA--Lynwood (25-1) vs. Capistrano Valley (27-1) at Mission Viejo High.

Division I-A--Ventura Buena (25-2) vs. Ocean View (22-6) at Marina High.

Division III-AA--Inglewood Morningside (16-10) vs. El Dorado (19-6) at Brea-Olinda High.
