Off Limits: Hoping to avoid another airborne traffic jam like the one that occurred when Elizabeth Taylor and Larry Fortensky were married, airspace over Disneyland will be restricted Thursday night during Taylor’s private 60th birthday party there. There was a high-altitude free-for-all at Taylor’s wedding last October at Michael Jackson’s ranch, where the media clamor included 17 helicopters, two fixed-wing aircraft and a parachuting paparazzi who crashed the ceremony wearing a helmet-mounted camera.
