Authorities Tuesday released the name of man found shot to death on the floor of his downtown San Diego art studio.
Frank Lee Foust, 35, a welder and artist, was found Monday night.
Foust was discovered about 6:45 p.m., lying on the floor of his commercial art studio at 636 Broadway with a bullet wound to his left eye, police spokesman Bill Robinson said.
Police were called by the building manager, who wanted to check on Foust, who was last seen alive Saturday night, Robinson said.
