J. Hugh Duncan, has joined Sizzler USA as president and chief operating officer. In his new position Duncan, 47, will report to Richard P. Bermingham, chief executive of Sizzler International Inc.
Before joining the Los Angeles-based restaurant chain, Duncan was president of the Duncan Co., a land development company.
Prior to that, he was president of Foote, Cone & Belding/Los Angeles.
