The bodies of two men were found shot in the head and handcuffed to each other in a wooded area on the outskirts of Duarte, authorities said Sunday.
Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies, who are investigating the murders, had no immediate motive, sheriff’s spokesman Rich Erickson said. There was no identification on the bodies.
An agricultural worker from a nearby avocado grove discovered the bodies Saturday afternoon inside a Ford Explorer parked in the wooded area near Woodbluff Avenue and Sunnydale Drive.
