All-Star Teams to Be Announced

The Times will announce in Thursday’s editions the high school all-star football teams for the 1991 season.
Each team consists of 23 players chosen from among the area’s 64 schools that field football teams. In addition, the winners of the coach-, back- and lineman-of-the-year awards for each team will be announced.
