DAD’S HOLIDAY: He was waiting in line before the Coliseum gates opened Sunday and then led the cheering for Raiders rookie quarterback Todd Marinovich (C1). Critics have suggested Marv Marinovich used extreme methods in pushing his son’s career. But after Sunday’s three touchdown passes, Dad Marv, above, says, “I think for most, that’ll take care of it.” He fielded congratulatory calls later at home in Newport Beach and said about his Christmas: “I’ve had mine, needless to say.”
