World IN BRIEF : YUGOSLAVIA : Fighting Continues in 2 Croatian Cities

Federal forces continued to pound the Adriatic port of Dubrovnik and reportedly gained ground in their long siege of the eastern Croatian stronghold of Vukovar. Serbia said Croatian troops attacked two Serbian towns, Apatin and Illinci, near the Danube River. U.N. envoy Cyrus R. Vance met in Belgrade with Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic and others.
