Two teen-agers were shot and wounded at an apartment, and police on Wednesday were looking for the youth they said pulled the trigger.
At about 10:50 p.m. Tuesday, Huntington Beach police received a 911 call reporting a shooting at an apartment at 7762 Glencoe Ave., Sgt. Luis Ochoa said.
Officers found the teen-agers, aged 16 and 17, with gunshot wounds. The victims, both of whom live at the apartment complex, were hospitalized in stable condition Wednesday night, Lt. Ed McErlain said.
Authorities offered no motive for the shooting but don’t believe that it was gang- or drug-related, McErlain said.
