A Maricopa County civil court jury in Phoenix awarded former NFL player Vince Amoia $81,000 in damages in a suit against sports agent Bruce Allen. The jury found Allen and his agency, GBA Sportsworld of Phoenix, to be in breach of contract and breach of fiduciary responsibility.
Amoia, a former GBA Sportsworld client, alleged that Allen and then-GBA partner Bob Owens conspired to sell him a Tempe, Ariz., home at an inflated price.
