Purchase Completed: Homedco Group Inc. said Friday that it has completed the purchase of a dozen respiratory therapy locations from Glasrock Home Health Care Inc. in Atlanta. The Fountain Valley-based Homedco had signed a letter of intent with Glasrock on Aug. 21. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition will allow Homedco to expand its operations into Albuquerque and Las Cruces, N.M., Las Vegas, Victorville and possibly Roswell, N.M., company officials said. The Fountain Valley-based company supplies respiratory therapy services and products in 112 branches across the United States.
