New Hampshire Governor Finds Capital Expanded

CONCORD, N.H. — Gov. Judd Gregg collected his winnings after picking four of the six numbers in the Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire Tri-State Megabucks game last weekend. Game director Jim Wimsatt handed Gregg a check for $40 on Wednesday.
