Marine Jet Practice to Raise Noise Level

EL TORO — Noise levels around the El Toro Marine Corps Air Station may increase during the next nine days due to jets participating in field carrier landing practice, the Marine Corps announced Tuesday.
Landing practice will take place today from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 8:45 p.m. to midnight. Practice is also scheduled on Thursday from 8:45 p.m. to midnight and Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
