Perceptronics Inc., a Woodland Hills maker of computer simulators for the military, said it named Robert Lough to the position of vice president of marketing for systems simulation. Lough was previously vice president of business development for Lear Astronics Corp.
In addition, Perceptronics promoted William R. Neil to vice president and chief financial officer; he will also continue as corporate controller.
The company also named Richard E. Vestewig vice president for systems training and director of the Special Operations Forces Aircrew Training System program.
