All-Academic Team Named

The Rams and GTE will honor its first all-Orange County Academic High School Football team Sunday before the Rams’ game with the New Orleans Saints at Anaheim Stadium.

The minimum criteria was achieving a grade-point average of at least 3.0 and earning at least second-team all-league honors.

Offense

Line: Jeff Dorsz (Troy), Steve Miller (Orange), Karl Shroller (Fountain Valley), Paul Richard (Valencia) and Ben Seguia (Brea-Olinda); QB: Rob Johnson (El Toro). Back: Visko Ancich (Tustin) and Mike Sullivan (Sunny Hills); TE: Reid Pullen (Esperanza); Rec: David Shearer (Santa Margarita) and Tyler Cashman (Los Alamitos); K: Doug Roberson (Mission Viejo).

Defense
