FNN Deadline Set: The National Assn. of Securities Dealers has given Financial News Network Inc. and its 47% owner, Infotechnology Inc., until Dec. 7 to file their annual financial reports with the NASD. The companies had stated previously that they would file their June 30 fiscal year reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission by Wednesday, but a spokesperson said the filing is now set for Nov. 26. As reported, FNN and Infotech have been unable to complete their annual and quarterly statements because of financial problems at both companies.
