HOLIDAY CLOSINGS

Monday is California Admission Day. A small number of businesses and offices will be closed in observance of the holidays, including:
All county offices.
City offices in Costa Mesa, Laguna Niguel and San Clemente.
Other government offices: State and federal offices and county, state and federal courts will be open on Monday. Offices in cities except those listed above will also be open.
Schools: Public schools will be in session, with the exception of the Tustin Unified School District, which begins the new school year Tuesday.
Banks: Banks and savings and loans will be open.
Mail: Post offices will be open, and mail deposited in mailboxes will be picked up according to the posted regular schedule.
Trash: There will be regular trash pickup by city and county refuse workers Monday.
Buses: Orange County Transit District buses will run on regular schedule. Dial-a-ride and car-pool services will be available.
Parks: City- and county-run parks and recreation facilities will be open during regular hours.
