New Appraiser Group Elects President

Richard G. Pietrowitz, a Gibbsboro (N.J.) appraiser, will be the 1991 president of the newly formed Appraisal Institute, which represents a merger of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and the Society of Real Estate Appraisers.
Patricia J. Marshall, Dix Hills, N.Y., is the president-elect of the institute, which begins operations Jan. 1, 1991.
