The Orange County Black Actors Theatre has been awarded a two-year $50,000 grant from the James Irvine Foundation as salary support for a development director. A foundation spokeswoman says the grant will pay $30,000 this year with no matching requirement. A second installment of $20,000, payable in 1991, will require a one-for-one match.
