WORLD TRADE: Local interest in foreign trade is expanding at such a rate that the World Trade Center Assn. of Orange County, which helps 800 local companies do business abroad and hosts visiting trade missions, is moving. Come August, the county’s biggest trade group will move from its Santa Ana offices to larger quarters in Irvine. Using a trade center as a drawing card for businesses with global interests, says director Susan Lentz, “signifies a maturing of the county.”
