NORTH TUSTIN : Incorporation Study Will Be Discussed
- Share via
A public meeting on the future of North Tustin is scheduled for 7:30 tonight at Foothill High School.
Discussion will focus on whether the 4-square-mile area should incorporate, annex to Tustin, Orange or Santa Ana, or remain as it is.
A committee formed by the Foothill Communities Assn. will unveil a study on the feasibility of incorporation. The study, conducted by Christensen and Wallace Inc. of Oceanside, concluded that incorporation would be feasible only if a utility-users tax were implemented.
