Spelling Unit Sued: Worldvision Enterprises Inc., a subsidiary of Aaron Spelling Productions, was sued Wednesday for allegedly failing to pay $242,023 for stock shares. The Los Angeles Superior Court case claims that Worldvision agreed in May, 1988, to buy 475 shares of World Television Programming Inc., which financed and distributed the “Alcoa Presents” series in the late 1950s. The suit, brought by Joseph M. Schenck Enterprises Inc., also says Worldvision failed to pay $25,476 for another 50 shares of the stock owned by the estate of the late Gregson Bautzer, an entertainment lawyer. (Filed May 23, 1990.
