General Dynamics, BA to Cooperate: General Dynamics Corp. and British Aerospace PLC said they have agreed to cooperate on international defense procurement and technology projects. Under the agreement, the companies would consider products, technology transfers, industrial investments or other programs that could create sales or lay the foundation for collaborative projects. As an initial venture, an agreement would be established between General Dynamics land systems division and BAE’s Royal Ordnance subsidiary for a proposed tank program in the United Kingdom.
