Jacobs Wins Two Ciba-Geigy Contracts: Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. said it has received two contracts to provide engineering and construction services for $79 million worth of manufacturing facilities being built by Ciba-Geigy Corp. at St. Gabriel, La. One contract, for construction of a $67-million plant that will produce 26 water-based dyes, is slated for completion in June, 1991, and work on the $12-million plant is to be finished in December. Pasadena-based Jacobs provides environmental and hazardous-waste management and consulting, engineering, architectural and construction services.
