Auto Accidents Leave 1 Dead, Injure 5 Others : Driver Killed, 5 Others Hurt in Car Crashes

SANTA ANA — A 39-year-old Santa Ana man was killed Saturday when his car collided with two others in an intersection and threw him through the windshield.
Police said Khamoy Mannoring was heading east on Warner Avenue at 7:09 a.m. when he apparently ran a red light at Harbor Boulevard, hitting the other cars.
Both other drivers were injured.
William Quass, 29, of Lake Elsinor, was treated and released from Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center. Albert Quinatailla was taken to Western Medical Center-Santa Ana, where he was listed in serious condition with a head injury.
On Friday night, another accident sent three Huntington Beach youths to hospitals after their car strayed off MacArthur Boulevard east of Bristol Street and ran into a tree.
Police identified the driver as John Hayden, 18, and passengers as Richard Hawthorne, 19, and Victor Molina, 17.
