BSD Bancorp reported that it had completed the spinoff of Datatronix Financial Services, the company’s item-processing subsidiary. BSD Bancorp shareholders received 1 share of Datatronix for every 10 shares of BSD Bancorp.
Datatronix will trade in the over-the-counter market. Initial market makers in the stock are Thomas Green/San Diego Securities and Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards.
