Cannibals Named Top Group: The Fine Young Cannibals were named best British group of the year while Phil Collins and Annie Lennox were named best vocalists at the Brits 1990 Awards in London on Sunday. The Cannibals’ also won the best album by a British artist or group award for their million-selling “The Raw and the Cooked.” Other winners included U.S. singer Neneh Cherry and the Irish band U2.
