Semiconductor Firm Sells 25% Share in Diodes Inc.

A Santa Ana semiconductor company said it sold its 25% stake in Diodes Inc., a Chatsworth maker of semiconductor products, for about $1.66 million.

The Santa Ana company, Microsemi Corp., said it sold the stake in Diodes after acquiring Varo Quality Semiconductor, a maker of electronic components called rectifiers, last June.
