SHORT TAKES : Close, Costner to Taste Pudding

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Glenn Close and Kevin Costner will get the special treatment from Harvard University’s Hasty Pudding Theatricals group this year. Close, who starred in “Fatal Attraction” and “Dangerous Liaisons,” will be honored as the woman of the year on Feb. 13 with a parade through Harvard Square. Costner, whose recent movies include “Field of Dreams” and “Bull Durham,” will pick up his traditional pudding pot on Feb. 20 at the premiere of the group’s 142nd annual music production, “Suede Expectations.” Last year’s Hasty Pudding winners were Kathleen Turner and Robin Williams.
