Bush Tells Choice for Science Foundation Post

CINCINNATI — President Bush said he will nominate Assistant Secretary of State Frederick M. Bernthal to be deputy director of the National Science Foundation. Bernthal, 47, is a former Nuclear Regulatory Commission member.
