CLU Hires Slimak as Baseball Coach

Marty Slimak, a former outfielder at College of the Canyons and UC Santa Barbara, has been hired as an assistant baseball coach at Cal Lutheran, Coach Rich Hill said Friday.

Slimak, 34, worked as an assistant at Santa Ynez High last season. He will be responsible for pitchers at Cal Lutheran.
