Eastman Kodak Co., Rochester, N.Y., is selling its Kodak Video Programs unit to Wood Knapp & Co., a Los Angeles-based firm that produces and markets special-interest home video programs . . . Valhi Inc., a diversified company controlled by billionaire investor Harold C. Simmons, said it has withdrawn its $575-million merger proposal with NL Industries Inc. . . . Irvine-based Fluor Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend increase of 50% to 6 cents per share, payable Jan. 16 to holders of record Dec. 26.
