Art Jaeger has been appointed executive vice president at Capitol Records. Jaeger, who reports directly to President Hale Milgrim, is located in Los Angeles. In this newly created position, Jaeger is responsible for overseeing business affairs, legal and financial functions for Capitol Records. Jaeger has been senior vice president of the MCA Music Entertainment Group.
