Anti-Nuclear Activists Protest Near Bush Home

KENNEBUNKPORT, Me. — Activists opposed to the Seabrook nuclear plant in New Hampshire demonstrated Sunday near the summer home of President Bush, even though Bush was in the Washington area.
“We know he will get the message,” said Kurt Ehrenberg of the anti-nuclear Clamshell Alliance. An estimated 150 protesters waved signs and shouted slogans. There were no arrests.
