Edward I. Koch, New York City’s lame-duck mayor, will become a radio personality on the city’s WNEW-AM in January after he leaves office. Koch will take a light look at life in the Big Apple on the station’s morning show. Meanwhile, New York Post officials say they are talking with Koch about his writing a column after his term ends, but deny reports that it’s a fait accompli.
