Metrobank, an independent bank based in Los Angeles, has promoted five executives. Robert P. Bulseco was named president and chief administrative officer. He was an executive vice president. Other executives promoted: Robert Robie, vice chairman and chief credit officer; David Malone, executive vice president and chief financial officer; Paul Alexander, executive vice president of the loan division; Sharon Canup, corporate senior vice president, and Michael Provencio, corporate senior vice president.
