Masked Palestinians in the Gaza Strip town of Rafah hacked to death two men, one accused of collaborating with Israel and the other an alleged drug dealer. Meanwhile, Israeli troops shot and killed a 17-year-old stone-throwing youth in a refugee camp at nearby Khan Yunis. Two other youths were reported wounded in the clash, hospital aides said. The dead youth’s 14-year-old brother had been killed during a clash with troops last July. In Jerusalem, two Israeli legislators said that nearly a third of the Arabs killed by troops during the last six months of the uprising in the occupied territories were under age 16. They demanded a government inquiry.
