B. F. Goodrich to Buy Arrowhead Water Unit

AKRON, Ohio — B. F. Goodrich Co. has agreed in principle to acquire Arrowhead Industrial Water, which provides high-purity water equipment to industries, B. F. Goodrich said.
Terms of the sale, subject to a definitive agreement and government approval, were not disclosed.
Arrowhead, based in Lincolnshire, Ill., has seven facilities serving the United States market and has about 250 employees and annual sales of $35 million. It is a subsidiary of Culligan International Co. of Northbrook, Ill.
