Kassar Seeking Vajna’s Carolco Stock: Mario Kassar, a co-founder of Carolco Pictures Inc., the Los Angeles company that released the “Rambo” movies, is negotiating to buy partner Andrew Vajna’s share of the firm, the company said. Kassar and Vajna have been partners in Carolco for 14 years. Each owns 36% of the company’s nearly 30 million shares of stock outstanding, holdings worth roughly $100 million each. Carolco owns 49% of Live Entertainment.
