Mark IV Puts Units on Block: Mark IV Industries said it plans to sell its Los Angeles-based Alston division, which makes computer-controlled telephone billing and accounting systems. Alston has annual sales of $10 million. Mark IV said it also wants to sell the video monitor business of SCD, also based in Los Angeles. The monitor business has annual revenue of $7 million.
