Anaheim and Cypress Meet in Metro League Baseball Season-Opener Today

The Metropolitan Baseball League will open its season today when the Anaheim Amigos play the Cypress Bulldogs at Cypress College at 5 p.m.
The league, for graduating high school seniors and returning college players, will have an 18-game season.
Other teams in the league are the Fullerton Blues, Huntington Beach Rustlers, Irvine Metros, Long Beach 49ers and Pomona Colts. The games will be played at Cypress College, Hart Park, Glover Stadium, Boysen Park and UC Irvine.
