Dead Man Found in Alley Identified

A body found in a Westminster alley has been identified as a 36-year-old Anaheim man, authorities said Tuesday.
A spokesman for the Orange County coroner’s office said the man was identified as Pedro Rodriguez. A cause of death has not been determined, however.
