George B. Holloway was named chief executive of Memphis, Tenn.-based Insituform of North America Inc., effective June 5. For two years before joining INA, Holloway was vice president and general manager of Ameron Inc.’s protective coatings division in Brea. INA reconstructs deteriorated pipelines in the United States.
