Centel Reaches Agreement: Centel Corp. and Centel Cable Television said they reached definitive agreements to sell cable television systems in four geographic regions, in keeping with a previously announced plan to sell holdings in six groups for more than $1.4 billion. Centel said its Illinois systems will be sold to Jones Intercable; its central Florida systems to American Television & Communications Corp., a 62%-owned subsidiary of Time Inc.; its Ohio properties to Warner Communications and its Michigan systems to C-Tec Corp. of Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
