Freeway League : Trailing, 21-0, Fullerton Wins

Chris Rubal made two free throws with 30 seconds left as Fullerton High School rallied from a 21-point first-quarter deficit to defeat Sonora, 70-66, Wednesday in a Freeway League basketball game at Fullerton.
The Raiders (8-14, 3-6) led, 21-0, before Fullerton scored on two free throws by Pete Bach with 22 seconds left in the first quarter.
Fullerton (16-5, 9-0) outscored Sonora, 32-14, in the fourth quarter.
The Indians tied the score for the first time at 61-61 on a three-point field goal by Lee Green with 2 1/2 minutes left. Curtis Morris then made two free throws to give Fullerton a 63-61, which it never relinquished.
Morris scored all 10 of his points and Green scored eight of his 13 points in the fourth quarter. Fullerton made 17 of 21 free throws in the final quarter.
