Arafat Visits Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates — Chairman Yasser Arafat of the Palestine Liberation Organization arrived here Thursday to open a Palestinian Embassy. Palestinian sources said he will also meet with Emirates leaders on the Palestinian uprising in Israeli-occupied territories.
