Singer Leon Russell is back home in Nashville after his release from a Florida hospital where he had surgery to correct a cerebrospinal fluid leak. Russell underwent the procedure at St. Luke’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla., said his agent, Brad Davis, over the weekend. “He is expected to return to performing in about a month,” Davis said. The keyboardist and songwriter is known for the hits “Tightrope,” “Lady Blue” and “This Masquerade.” Davis said the condition caused Russell some sinus problems. “He’s still having headaches but that’s about it,” Davis said.
