Bay Area Recovery Centers Inc. has named Thomas F. Campanella as president and chief executive of the Oakland-based firm. Robert Berke, who previously held the positions, assumed the title of vice president of planning and development of the company, which specializes in nursing and personal care.
Formerly, Campanella was assistant county administrator of Marin County.
