While scanning The Times (Part I, Nov. 6), what to my wandering eyes should appear, but a large chart of the insurance propositions with my name listed as an opponent of Proposition 103!
As California insurance commissioner, my department is responsible for implementing whatever the voters mandate. As such, we remain neutral on the propositions.
